Since all our products are customized based on your provided images, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects or errors on our part.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The order is lost in transit.

3. Reprint Eligibility
We are happy to reprint your order free of charge in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during shipping.
- The wrong product or design is delivered.
- The order is lost in transit, with no address updates required.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or reprints will not be issued for the following reasons:
- Dissatisfaction with the design that matches the provided preview.
- Incorrect images or details provided during the order process.
- Requests made beyond the 14-day refund request window.
5. Lost in Transit
If your order is confirmed lost in transit based on courier tracking, we will issue a refund or reprint the product at no additional cost.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after confirmation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
