At MyIris, we aim to ensure your order reaches you promptly and securely. Below is our detailed shipping and support policy to provide you with clarity and confidence.
Shipping Time
Most orders are delivered within 2-3 working days. However, delays may occur under the following circumstances:
- Seasonal holiday peak periods.
- International shipments requiring customs clearance.
- Specific courier-related issues, such as delays with USPS or local postal services.
If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks, please contact our support team. Claims for undelivered orders must be submitted within 4 weeks of your order date.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We begin processing your order within 24 hours of submission. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellations or address changes after this time. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.
Reprint and Refund Policy
While we strive for perfection, mistakes can occasionally happen. We will reprint or refund your order in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during shipping.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The order was lost in transit, with no address updates required.
When Reprints or Refunds Aren’t Covered:
- Incorrect information provided by the customer during the order process.
- Dissatisfaction with a design that matches the provided preview.
- Orders received more than 30 days prior, excluding shipping delays.
Lost in Transit
If an order is considered lost in transit (based on the courier tracking information), we will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returned items. Exchanges are not possible unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you experience any issues, contact us promptly to resolve them.
